How can I edit my profile?

1. To manage you profile hover over your user tab in the top right corner of the site. From the dropdown menu choose “Profile”

2. To manage your user profile you can also click “ Profile” on the user dashboard which is located within the job board.

3. Here you can update how you’re seen within the community by changing your display name, nickname, bio info. You’re also able to change your password, add your facebook and twitter profiles.

Where can I change my avatar?

We use something called gravatar to generate our avatars. Gravatar is short for globally recognised avatar. Register to gravatar (with the same email that you use for your account here) and upload your photo to the service and you will automatically find your avatar generate across WorkingHolidayJobs.com.au and other websites that uses gravatar.

How do I manage my listings?

1. To manage your listings click “ Manage Listings” on the employer dashboard which is located within the job board. ( Pic 1)

2. Here you will see all your active & expired listings and applicants for each position (Pic 2)

3. To manage an individual listing click on the “ management cog” where you can:
– View the Job
– Edit the Listing
– Republish ( expired listings)
– Check Applicants
– Mark the position as filled ( will take the position offsite)

4. To manage the applicants click “ Applicants” ( Pic 2). You will now see all applicants and the status of their application which you can alter at any time by clicking on the management cog next to their name. ( Pic 4) This is a great way to manage the applicants process.

5. To republish and expired listing, simply click on expired listing ( Pic 2), then republish on the “ management cog”. ( Pic 5)

How can I search Resumes?

1. To search candidate’s resumes click “ Search Resume” on the employer dashboard which is located within the job board. ( Pic 1)

2. Then enter the search “ keyword”, “location” & “ last updated’ criteria. If you don’t have a certain keyword, location or last updated criteria simply the leave the field blank. ( Pic 2)

3. Proceed to select the candidate you’re interested in. ( Pic 3)

4. To contact the candidate click the “ contact candidate” button at the bottom of the page, then enter your message and click Submit. (Pic 4)

5. You will then see a “message sent” appear above the candidates resume. ( Pic 5)

6. To return to the search results slowly click back until you arrive at the search results. ( Pic 3 – re-use)

How do I browse Resumes?

1.To browse candidates resumes click “ Browse Resume” on the employer dashboard which is located within the job board. ( Pic 1)

2. You will then be taken to the “ Browse Resumes” page where you can scroll through resumes page by page. (Pic 2)

3. To view a candidate’s resume click on their name and you will be taken to their individual resume page. ( Pic 3)

4. To contact the candidate click the “ contact candidate” button at the bottom of the page, then enter your message and click Submit. (Pic 4)

5. To return to the Resume Listings simply click back in your browser or click Browse resume on the employer dashboard. ( Pic 3 again with arrow to browse resume)

How do I create a Company Profile?

1.To create an employer profile click “ Employer Profile” on the employer dashboard which is located within the job board. ( Pic 1)

2. You will then be taken to the “ Company Profile ” page where you can enter the details of your company. ( Pic 2)

3. When your profile has been updated click the “ update” button at the bottom of the form. This will update your profile. (Pic 3)

4. To view your profile click “ view company profile” at the top of the page. ( Can re-use Pic 2 – just add arrow to view comp profile)

5. To re-edit your profile simply click “ Employer Profile” on the employer dashboard again and recomplete the process. ( Can re-use pic 1)

How do I post a job?

To post a job click “Post a Job” on the employer dashboard which is located in the right hand sidebar within the job board. ( Refer to Picture 1& 2)

You will then be taken to the “ Create an Ad” page where you can enter the details of your vacancy ( Refer to Picture 3).

Once you have filled in all required information click preview to view your position. ( Refer to Picture 4)

If you’re happy with the preview, click publish listing to make get your job live on site. ( Refer to Picture 5)

Your listing will now be listed live on site. ( Refer to Picture 6 & 7)
