looking for work in Jan

I am a 25 y/o female and I am looking to travel to Australia in January of 2015. This is my first attempt at anything like this and I am looking for advice. I have already started the process of obtaining a working visa and now I am wondering which region of Australia to travel to to make the most of this experience. Any information is appreciated. Where have you enjoyed working? Are there any farms you especially liked working on, or any that gave you a bad experience? And of course, I hope to make some money doing this so I can keep traveling. Any advice is appreciated.
